Jennifer combines her clinical expertise, integrative nutrition education and cancer coaching credentialing to provide clients with a comprehensive and individualized program to meet their specific needs


Of all the certifications, education and credentialing, the one she is most proud of is that of survivor. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, she combined the traditional western forms of treatment with non-traditional modalities, to continue to live a full and joyful life. She knows how difficult managing life during cancer treatment can be, and is inspired to help others through their own personal summits.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching

Jennifer is an integrative nutrition health coach. A health coach bridges the gap between wellness professional and their patients, helping clients develop strategies to enact real, lasting lifestyle changes that enhance overall wellness. The role as an integrative nutrition coach is to guide and support the client towards their individual wellness goals.

Licensed and Certified Occupational Therapist

Jennifer has spent seventeen years treating patients with various forms of disabilities and illnesses, helping individuals to regain function and independence. She specializes in neurological recovery, has advanced credentialing and board certification in physical rehabilitation, and has worked internationally in high level neurological rehabilitation. She has a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Public Health, and a master’s degree from Columbia University in Occupational Therapy.

Certified Cancer Coach

Throughout her own journey through cancer, Jennifer found herself helping or “coaching” others through their own individual journey. Beyond her own summit, she felt inspired to pursue continuing education and certification as a cancer coach for health care professionals through The role of the cancer coach is to provide nutritional, immunological and resources for cancer prevention, recurrence and support during or after treatment.
